Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. In the event of you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact customer service 5 days after receiving your package via email. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

If Angel Premium send you the wrong order or there was a damage to your product, please provide photo evidence via email and we will send you your correct order for no extra charge. 

If you are issued a refund please allow 10-12 business days for the receipt, and credit to be shown on bank statement.

PRODUCT SELECTION

We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase. If there is a shortage of one product we will contact the buyer.

 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first submit a wholesale application on our website www.apdenim.com for a wholesale account.

  2. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be sent via email on the wholesale password and then be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, and place orders directly from our website.  

 

WHOLESALE PRICING

Wholesale pricing is displayed on www.apdenim.com when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We request a $300 order minimum (subject to change without notice) through our website to protect our wholesale buyers. If you have any questions please contact customer service. 

 

PAYMENTS

Angel Premium accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Angel Premium makes every attempt to ship out orders within 1-3 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment.

 

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are damaged (ripped and stained) for no extra charge. We do accept returns but you will be charged 20% restocking fee from the original amount you purchased. We will NOT accept returns after 15 days after receipt. If you have any more questions about returns please contact customer service.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to our already low margins. 

 

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact customer service via email at custserv@gnhgroup.net or by phone 323-726-6926 within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

National shipping will be shipped via UPS and cost shipment will depend on location and merchandise.
