Retail Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal at In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability.  All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt. Returns for on-line purchases are only accepted on-line and not at an Angel & Premium retailer.


Customer service must be contacted via email at, with the following information; confirmation number, message, and contact information. Our customer service representative will be able to issue you a return label via email and help you figure out a solution. 


All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s) , and your credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 12-14 business days for receipt and processing of your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.


If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Angel & Premium or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery.


Returned items for exchange will be processed and a new order will be placed for the replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.


Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a merchandise credit. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your return provided that email address is included on your Return/Exchange form. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return and merchandise credit.


Pack your return and make sure it includes the tags are attached to the garment. A $5.00 processing fee will be applied against your credit.


Shipping fees will not be credited upon receipt of returned items.


Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, or missing embellishments may not be returned.
